All parcels are sent with a 'signature required'. If no one is home, the courier will leave a card to call to let the receiver know they have missed a parcel. They can use this card to get the parcel redelivered or redirected at a convenient time.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. Please keep all your original packaging as this helps making a claim to NZ Post smoother and faster.


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 


If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please Note: During public holidays, Christmas, and New Year delivery of your parcels could take longer due to high demands and delays with the Postal Service. We cannot take responsibility for delays due to supply of incorrect addresses, extreme weather conditions, or non delivery due to unsafe locations, these circumstances are beyond our control and endeavor information is provided correctly to ensure this does not happen.
